Below are project requests that homeowners have submitted to Eugene’s List. If you are a contractor and are interested in contacting the homeowner regarding a project, the following requirements need to be met:
- Licensed, bonded and insured or be able to provide 5 client references and 2 contractor references
- No current unresolved disputes with the ROC
- No current unresolved disputes with the Better Business Bureau
- No open liens against the business
- No judgments or bankruptcies against the existing business or previous business in the last 5 years
- Current on business loan payments
- No felonies against the business owner in the past 20 years
If you feel confident about all of the above (we do our own checks), please send an email with your name, the business name, and the ROC to info@eugeneslist . Please indicate the job that you’re interested in.

I have an old foam roof that needs to re-done. I’d prefer it be repaired but am not sure if that’s possible or I need a new one. The total roofing area is approximately 4000 square feet and we also need new fascia (sp?) as it’s in pretty sorry shape. I’d like this done fairly quickly.

Need an estimate for popcorn ceiling removal in townhouse built in 1964. 1537 sq feet. Kitchen and bathrooms to not have the ceiling so, it is around 1400 sq ft.
